I currently offer 1:1 tutoring for international students, providing a personalised and flexible approach tailored to each individual. I have worked with students based in China, Hong Kong, Singapore, and New Zealand, supporting their preparation for 11+, 13+, and English writing and examinations such as the IB Programme.
My teaching focuses on developing strong reading skills, essay writing, and analytical thinking. I support students in structuring their ideas clearly, writing with precision, and engaging thoughtfully with texts. These skills are essential for success in competitive entrance exams.
It has been a real privilege to meet some of my international students in person, as reflected in the photos. In one instance, this took place during the Covid period – hence the masks – but it was nonetheless a wonderful opportunity to connect beyond the online classroom.
