Mock Sessions & Revision Workshops

Year 5 Mock & Revision Sessions

Year 5 students can attend mock papers and revision workshop sessions held during half-terms and school holidays.

These sessions involve completing mock 11+ papers under realistic, timed exam conditions. The papers follow the GL multiple-choice format and cover: English, Maths and Reasoning (Verbal Reasoning, Non-Verbal Reasoning and Spatial).

After each paper, we review selected questions in detail to deepen understanding, improve accuracy, and refine exam technique. The focus is on developing confidence, exam strategy, and consistency.

Year 4 Assessment Sessions

Year 4 students are offered assessment sessions in August, before entering Year 5. These sessions are open to both internal and external students.

Students sit an adapted 11+ multiple-choice assessment in Maths, English and Reasoning, providing early exposure to exam-style questions and timed conditions in a supportive, low-pressure environment. This helps identify strengths and areas for development ahead of the Year 5 preparation year.
